Tasks

-Engineering Analysis: Contributing to the development of safe engineering solutions by performing studies of limited scope and applying prescribed methods and techniques in problem-solving for projects and/or operations. -Quality Control: Performing periodic tasks independently, which may include on-site construction quality control and monitoring to ensure design compliance and adherence to specifications. -Standards Compliance: Utilizing initiative and judgment in making routine technical decisions, applying 's engineering standards, and following detailed instructions to maintain the integrity of engineering practices. -Design Support: Assisting with specific aspects of more complex stations design activities, adhering to prescribed analysis, design, or computation methods, and following established practices. -Material Management: Executing or assisting with the process of generating material requests for station projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with 's standards. -Under the close supervision of a senior professional engineer (P.Eng.), the E2 Engineer will primarily focus on Stations Design and Material Request support by:

What You Bring

-Previous experience using SAP -Every contractor must supply their own “Smart Phone”. This is needed to gain access to the Organizations network. -Ability to use standard industry design/analysis software. -Registered Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.)and will be required to Provide Proof of Permit to Practice, registered with EGBC when hired -(2) years of experience in a relevant engineering field with experience as an Electrical, EIT. -Previous experience using inventor -Previous Co-op experience -Valid Class 5 license -Familiarity with CAD systems and drawing standards. -Previous experience with transmission substation design -Every contractor must supply their own Windows 11 Laptop computer for the duration of the assignment. -University graduate in Electrical Applied Science or Engineering.

Benefits

-Pay Rate: $69.69/hour, depending on experience -Candidates in this role will be working a hybrid schedule of at least 2 days a week in the office
