Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and ability to think creatively.
Experience of managing junior CAD technicians and developing team skills with focus on improving quality and efficiency will be an asset.
Be competent do develop and understand basic alignments in civil3d, prepare cross sections and/or extract quantities .
3D design and corridor Modelling in Civil3D will be an asset.
Demonstrated abilities in multidisciplinary project teamwork and coordination
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team
Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD and Civil 3D software would be considered a strong asset.
Experience of working collaboratively in a team environment with other CAD Technicians and Engineers.
Minimum 10-15 years of prior structural /civil engineering projects CAD related experience.
Should be able to work under minimal supervision and be able to organize and perform tasks necessary to complete assigned projects successfully.
Knowledge of working in Collaborative work Environments such as Sharepoint and Projectwise will be an asset.
