Demonstrated experience in programme delivery, construction oversight, environmental compliance, H&S governance or quality management.
NEC Project Manager and knowledge / experience using CEMAR an added advantage.
You will have an agile and “Can Do” mindset.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility to work in Ireland.
Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise work and manage many tasks concurrently.
Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Minimum Level 8 Degree (or equivalent) in Civil, Structural, Environmental, Construction Management, Safety, Engineering or related relevant discipline.
Strong project management skills
Knowledge of contract standards (e.g., FIDIC, NEC) and public-sector delivery models.
10+ years’ experience in major civil, transport, utilities or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of Irish construction regulations, quality and industry standards and site practices.
PMP, CCM and OSHA Certification an added advantage for some of the envisaged roles.
