Field Service Engineer responsible for installing and commissioning LV/MV switchgears, transformers, and UPS at customer sites and providing service support for PQ products like UPS's 1ph and 3ph units.
Inform management on product service issues as observed through interaction with clients
Installation and commissioning of LV/MV switchgears, transformers, and UPS at customer sites
Perform service activities according to company policies and safety standards
Address customer inquiries in a timely manner
Develop documentation for service-related issues and resolutions
Educate customer representatives about product usage and maintenance
Investigate and troubleshoot product service issues
Develop service-related trainings for field staff as well as customers
Provide optimum service support for customers through phone, personal visits, etc.
Generate service reports for customers after site visits
Identify problems and record solutions for reference purposes
Coordinate with various teams to fix product issues
Stay updated on industry standards and technical service knowledge

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (BSc) - preferred
