As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the commercial growth and execution of wind turbine projects from contract award through to site handover. You will collaborate with project managers, contracts, logistics, engineering, construction, and other support functions to ensure timely delivery and successful operation.
- Contribute to HSE implementation to maintain an injury‑free safety culture on site.
- Assist in developing and executing civil, electrical, crane, and installation contracts.
- Track delivery of key components and prepare monthly internal and external reports.
- Liaise regularly with the site team to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
- Support on‑time, on‑budget project completion, including deliverable submission and progress claim reviews.
- Maintain records of contractual matters and aid technical and commercial reviews.
- Monitor customer deliverables to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
- Coordinate activities of contractors and vendors.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil, mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field, and at least two years of experience, preferably in the wind or renewable sector. Candidates should demonstrate commercial insight, strong budgeting and resource coordination skills, effective communication, and experience in contract, claim, risk, and stakeholder management.
