As a Fiber Splicer you are responsible for producing end‑to‑end fiber optic networks. You will test and troubleshoot continuity, operate testing equipment, prepare splice enclosures, utilize fusion splicers and OTDR tools, apply fiber engineering knowledge, and work on outdoor utility construction sites.
The ideal candidate prioritizes safety, has 3‑5 years of fiber splicing and troubleshooting experience, can work from ladders or bucket trucks, enjoys hands‑on problem solving, is flexible with shifts and overtime, and holds relevant MOS codes. They value long‑term projects and teamwork.
