Description

• Communicate with the team and customers throughout the day
• Complete final paperwork and collect payment as needed
• Clean up and review the finished product with the homeowner
• Start each day with a pre-check of your van and materials
• Follow Closet America’s proven processes and quality standards
• Work safely and neatly, protecting customers’ homes
• Install custom organization systems in customer homes

Requirements

• You like solving problems and learning new skills on the job
• Ability to interpret design drawings and recognize parts and assemblies
• Valid driver’s license required
• Coachable and open to feedback and continuous improvement
• Strong attention to detail—able to measure and install to the millimeter
• Willing to work at least 2 weekends per month
• Woodworking or finish carpentry experience preferred
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various conditions
• Consistent year-round work—no winter slowdowns
• Must be available at least two weekends per month
• Organized, systematic, and professional in appearance and conduct
• You love working with your hands and building things from scratch
