Support proposal team participation in client-facing events, panels, and industry conferences.
Serve as a regional brand ambassador, guiding the proposal team in maintaining consistency across materials and platforms.
Constantly operates a computer and other office machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, phone, computer, and computer printer
Assist the Project Development Manager the coaching and preparation of interview teams, including presentation material development, logistics, and rehearsal planning.
Facilitate pursuit processes including kickoff meetings, strategy sessions, reviews, and final QA/QC.
Collaborate with business development and marketing to develop messaging and materials for regional events connected to key pursuits or clients.
Collaborate with business development, estimating, and operations to develop long-range positioning strategies for the pipeline.
Oversee and be a power user of AI tool use (e.g., CoPilot, Joist) and ensure ethical, accurate, and brand-consistent output.
Lead the development of high-level pursuit content including executive summaries, differentiators, and key themes.
Guide the proposal team in monitoring upcoming procurement opportunities and helping prioritize pursuits.
Ensure all proposal content and visual materials align with enterprise identity and brand tone.
Constantly reads written communications and views email submissions
Enforce proposal closeout best practices and content reuse systems.
Oversee all RFQ/RFP responses within the region, ensuring pursuit strategies are clear, win themes are integrated, and proposals are delivered on time and in full compliance.
