- Ability to read elevation and plan views of drawings a plus.
- Ability to unload and carry material up to 50 lbs for typically up to 2 hours a day.
- STRONG WORK ETHIC, ATTENTION TO DETAIL, AND RESPECT FOR OTHERS A MUST.
- Cabinet construction experience is a plus.
- Willingness to keep tools and machines clean, maintained and organized.
- Experience with hand tools, drills, screw-gun, table saw, miter saw a plus.
- Reliable work history, attendance record and ability to pass a background check.
- Experience with basic hand tools and power tools.
- Commitment to work safely and to use required protective gear.
- Some woodworking experience or knowledge of 32-millimeter system a plus.
- Must be able to take direction and anticipate next need to keep manufacturing moving.
- Ability to occasionally work late or on the weekend as needed to get the job done on schedule.
- Mechanical aptitude a must.
- Driving record must be clean (background will be checked).
- Base pay starts at $18-20/hr based on experience and skills.
