  • Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
  • Aid with division office and corporate moves
  • Communicate and follow-up with the user while working the issue and ensure successful and timely completion of the issue

  • Work with external vendors

  • Research and resolve hardware and software application issues

  • Experience with Windows Current Version is a plus
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Must be able to work in a computer data center and warehouse environment around several network and running computers
  • Zero to two years related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
  • CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Current Version is a plus
  • Microsoft Active Directory experience is a plus
  • Must be able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
  • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
