Mettre constamment à jour les connaissances sur le marché et les tendances du marché de l’industrie, les pratiques d’évaluation foncière, la fiscalité municipale, l’expropriation et la législation applicable.
S’assurer que les données recueillies dans le cadre des tâches quotidiennes sont entrées dans la base de données de l’entreprise rapidement et avec exactitude.
Entretenir une bonne communication avec les clients, avocats autres collaborateurs et les co-équipiers. Signaler tout problème au niveau hiérarchique supérieur, selon les besoins.
Développer des réseaux et relations internes pour faciliter le partage de renseignements, favoriser les ventes complémentaires et l’accroissement des services offerts aux clients.
Préparer de manière rigoureuse des rapports d’évaluation (préliminaire, abrégé et complet) ou de consultation en ayant recours aux renseignements les plus pertinents du marché, obtenus de différents partenaires internes et externes.

Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires ou un autre domaine relatif.
Fournir une gamme complète de services d’évaluation et de consultation aux clients nouveaux et existants, avec un minimum de supervision.
Membre de l’Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec ou de l’Institut canadien des évaluateurs en tant qu’évaluateur agréé.
Avoir de très bonnes aptitudes en écriture pour produire des rapports d’évaluation et de consultation détaillés (français).
Une année minimum ou plus d’expérience dans le milieu de services-conseils en immobilier commercial.
Fournir de l’assistance pour les dossiers devant les tribunaux pour fournir les preuves d’expert requises.
Avoir de très bonne connaissance et expertise dans le secteur de l’évaluation et des services conseils et une compréhension du milieu immobilier commercial québécois.
Avoir une aptitude à travailler de façon multitâche et à respecter des échéanciers serrés.
Encadrer, former et conseiller les analystes principaux et les analystes en leur transmettant connaissances et habiletés.
Ultimement, participer et/ ou procéder aux discussions et négociations avec les évaluateurs de la partie adverse dans les dossiers de fiscalité municipale, d’expropriation et de litige.
Lorsque applicables, avoir de très bonnes habiletés pour la création de modèles financiers dans Excel, etc.
Être capable d’encadrer et de former les analystes et les analystes principaux.
