
Project Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identify any potential issues or delays, and communicate these to the Planning Manager. Work closely with the project team to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with stakeholders, including project team members, clients, and suppliers, to ensure that project progress is understood and expectations are managed. Respond to inquiries, resolve any issues, and provide updates as required.
The Planner is responsible for providing support for the planning and delivery of projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Perform maintenance and outage planning and scheduling activities that include liaising with Outage Managers and Clients, manpower estimating, preventive and predictive maintenance. Reviewing schedules and s-curves and providing support for Junior Planners. Tracking of physical progress on site against the schedule and tracking man-hours (timesheets) in an accurate and consistent manner.
Project Reporting: Support the Project Control Department in the preparation of project status reports and presentations, ensuring that all information gets communicated in a timely manner.
