The Internal Communications Manager – Europe and India joins a high‑performing internal communications team to shape employee engagement across the region. Reporting into the regional function, the role designs and executes strategic communication plans, creates high‑impact digital content and manages senior stakeholder relationships to align staff with our purpose, values and growth strategy.
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies aligned with regional and global priorities.
- Translate strategic objectives into clear, multi‑channel communication plans.
- Produce and optimise digital content for intranet, video, email campaigns and social platforms.
- Champion innovative communication tools to boost employee engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders, HR and functional teams to deliver tailored messaging.
- Provide storytelling counsel and support leadership visibility through curated content and events.
- Write concise, inclusive content for executive messages, campaigns and change communications.
- Ensure editorial standards and a consistent regional narrative.
- Support change and crisis communications, including planning and transparent messaging.
- Collaborate with global communications colleagues to share best practices and integrate external insights.
