  • Carry out all routine machine maintenance as mandated by TPM protocols.

  • Skilled in utilizin g the DLOG system on machines to accurately record work stoppage codes.
  • Capability to stand for prolonged periods is necessary. Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs is required
  • Demonstrated proficiency in operating the pre-setter, executing set-ups, and managing load/unload tasks efficiently.
  • Solid understanding of blueprints and tolerances, including advanced print reading skills covering geometric tolerances, finish specifications, and exact positioning.
  • Must possess extensive technical knowledge in machining processes.
  • The ability to work safely while wearing protective equipment is mandatory.
  • Proven expertise in accurately inspecting tools, determining which require replacement, assembling tools, and conducting precise measurements.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Basic math proficiency is essential.
  • Experience in machining is preferred. S tr ong motor skills are important. Must read and write clearly and legibly.
