- Excellentes habiletés en communication et à bien travailler en équipe.
- Agir en leader et faire du coaching avec l’équipe de soutien interne et d’estimation.
- Bilinguisme (Français / Anglais) - Nécessité d'intéragir sur une base régulière avec nos collaborateurs internes et/ou externes du Groupe Master à travers le pays. Après évaluation, il a été déterminé qu’aucune autre solution ne permet de remplir ces obligations professionnelles.
