Collaborate with Engineering and Architectural design staff
Actively lead and participate in project delivery to create an exemplary client experience
Learn and develop your skills related to civil site engineering design
Participate and/or lead the preparation of permitting and construction documentation preparation for projects
Support the planning and design of challenging civil engineering projects
Participate in strategic business planning, development of client relationship programs, and assessment of new business opportunities
Represent B&N in meetings and at marketing functions
Provide training, coaching, and mentoring for engineering team
Participate in delivering civil/site engineering project related design and construction plan production

Ability to complete stormwater and engineering calculations
Previous experience with projects from preliminary design through permitting and construction
Strong communication skills, quality control, and organization skills are essential to the success of this role
Desire and ability to work in a group setting and to mentor junior staff members supporting projects
Microsoft Office experience
Experience in AutoCAD 2024 Civil 3D required
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited engineering program
PE registration
