Senior Project Architect

Description

• Working alongside an industryleading, multidisciplinary datacenter design team.;
• Oversight of budget, schedule, jurisdictional requirements;
• Project design development and production delivery Identifying and addressing design related issues;
• Construction administrative processes including site observation, collaborating with clients, owners, and contractors;
• Managing fastpaced design projects while providing innovative solutions to solve design and construction challenges;
• Mentoring junior staff throughout the design and construction process;

Requirements

• Knowledge of sustainability, quality control, and building codes;
• Successful at leading, organizing and collaborating with a team of disciplines and consultants;
• Proficiency with REVIT;
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
• Skilled at identifying and addressing issues to reach the best resolution;
• Occasional travel within the US.
• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and adjust to meet fast deadlines;
• Degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited university;
• 10+ years’ overall experience with experience in data centers and large scale, multidisciplinary design.
• Registered Architect;
• Understanding construction processes and methods and how it impacts the project;
• Experience in organizing project design development and production delivery;
• Strong detailing skills and proficiency in construction administrative processes;
