The Performance Analyst (KPI/SLA Officer) ensures that service level agreements and key performance indicators are continuously monitored, recorded and reported for roads sector O&M contracts. By tracking contractor performance, preparing regular compliance reports and supporting management, the role safeguards adherence to contractual and client requirements while promoting operational efficiency and risk mitigation.

Monitor service delivery performance against contractual KPIs and SLAs.
Record daily, weekly, and monthly performance data from operations, maintenance, and inspection teams.
Maintain up‑to‑date SLA/KPI databases for all active work orders and contracts.
Prepare and issue monthly SLA/KPI compliance reports for management and client authorities.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, recurring issues, and compliance risks.
Develop dashboards and visualization tools to present performance clearly.
Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and reduce SLA breaches.
Ensure monitoring aligns with contract requirements, performance‑based O&M frameworks, and ASHGHAL standards.
Track financial implications of SLA breaches, including deductions, penalties, or incentives.
Support audits, client inspections, and performance reviews with accurate KPI/SLA records.
Escalate SLA breaches and propose corrective actions to management.
Liaise with O&M engineers, inspectors, supervisors, and subcontractors to validate performance records.
Coordinate with IT, GIS, and Asset Management teams to collect data from Maximo.
Assist in developing and refining procedures for SLA/KPI monitoring, reporting, and compliance.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance monitoring systems.

Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.
possess 3–5 years of experience in roads/infrastructure O&M, asset management, or contract performance monitoring.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of SLA/KPI frameworks for highways O&M (pavement, lighting, ITS, drainage, safety furniture).
Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, Maximo, and Oracle EAMS.
Exhibit strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
