The company is seeking an experienced Managing Estimator to lead and develop the estimating function for its Civils and Sports business units. In this senior, influential role the successful candidate will shape estimating strategy, drive commercial performance and lead a high‑performing team to deliver competitive, high‑quality tenders across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects, while managing risk and supporting strategic growth.

Possess senior‑level estimating experience in civil engineering and infrastructure.
Demonstrated track record delivering complex infrastructure tenders; sports infrastructure experience advantageous.
Hold a degree or HND/HNC in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
Proficient with estimating software such as Causeway, Candy, CostX and advanced Excel.
Strong understanding of NEC, JCT and other standard contract forms.
Excellent commercial acumen, including P&L awareness, value engineering and risk management.
Proven leadership ability to build, motivate and develop high‑performing teams.
Outstanding communication skills for presenting complex commercial information to senior stakeholders.
Structured, analytical and proactive approach to workload and priority management.
