- Réaliser des visites régulières sur les chantiers afin d’évaluer la conformité aux exigences réglementaires et assurer l’application des mesures correctives;
- Participer activement aux réunions de chantier et aux comités SST, en collaborant étroitement avec les gestionnaires de projets, les entrepreneurs et les sous-traitants;
- Documenter les accidents, incidents et quasi-accidents, diriger les enquêtes et proposer des mesures correctives, concrètes et durables;
- Accompagner les inspecteurs de la CNESST lors des inspections et assurer un suivi rigoureux des recommandations émises;
- Assurer la tenue à jour des registres, rapports et statistiques SST, et produire des suivis périodiques structurés pour les parties prenantes;
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des pratiques en SST en partageant les bonnes pratiques et en adaptant les mesures aux réalités du terrain.

- Maîtriser la réglementation applicable à la construction, les lois et règlements en SST (LATMP, LSST, CSTC, RSST), ainsi que les normes et principes fondamentaux en vigueur de prévention;
- Posséder un permis de conduire valide et être disposé(e) à se déplacer sur différents chantiers selon les besoins.
- Détenir l’accréditation officielle CoSS émise par la CNESST OU une attestation d’agent de sécurité délivrée avant le 31 décembre 2022 (encore valide);
- Faire preuve d’excellentes aptitudes en communication, avec une capacité à intervenir avec rigueur, diplomatie et professionnalisme;
- Posséder un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en santé et sécurité sur des chantiers de constructions actifs;
- Surveiller la mise en place et le bon fonctionnement des mécanismes de coordination en SST des activités es différents employeurs sur le chantier;
- Élaborer, mettre en œuvre et mettre à jour les programmes de prévention adaptés à chaque chantier, en tenant compte des risques spécifiques;
- Démontrer une excellente capacité d’analyse des risques et de résolution de problèmes en contexte opérationnel;
