  • Employees regularly work near heavy equipment and moving machinery.
  • Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
  • Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs.
  • Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, for example, window, door/wall repair, & masonry repairs.
  • Maintaining the building HVAC equipment to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly.
  • Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs & changing air filters.
  • Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
  • Painting the building when old paint has become faded or chipped.
  • Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures.
  • Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems, such as using a sealant on a flat roof.

  • Plumbing knowledge to address leaks, clogs, or other drainage issues.
  • Ability to perform strenuous tasks with your hands.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test. Pursuant to the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Act 593, this position is a designated safety-sensitive position according to Redstone Construction Group standards & processes.
  • Plumbing, carpentry or electrical certifications preferred but not required.
  • Occasional lifting may be required up to 75 lbs.
  • Safety training required; PPE required outside of office/parking lot area.
  • Ability to measure accurately and read specifications.
  • Carpentry ability to handle basic repairs and upgrades.
  • Experience using hand tools and electrical tools.
  • Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time with frequent bending and stooping.
  • PPE must comply with site specific requirements.
  • Ability to kneel, bend, and lift heavy materials.
  • Able to work overtime, nights, and weekends as required by the workload.
