Key responsibilities include supporting risk management performance, implementing risk frameworks, facilitating workshops, providing advice to project teams, delivering quantitative risk analysis, producing monthly risk reports, and integrating risk with PMO and planning disciplines. - Support and improve risk management performance and implement risk frameworks for assigned projects.
- Facilitate and deliver risk workshops and provide advice on risk processes to project teams.
- Conduct quantitative risk analysis for cost and schedule, and develop risk mitigation action plans.
- Produce monthly risk reports for clients and internal teams, assessing contingency adequacy.
- Integrate risk activities with PMO and planning functions and mentor junior risk staff.
- Contribute to net‑zero carbon transition by identifying and managing carbon‑related risks.

Candidates should have experience on complex construction projects and a proven track record of delivering risk management or assurance frameworks. Proficiency with risk tools and software such as Active Risk Manager, Risk Hive, Primavera Risk Analyzer, Primavera P6, and familiarity with data‑analytics tools like Power BI is required. Strong communication, networking, presentation, and stakeholder‑engagement skills are essential.

- Experience delivering risk management or assurance frameworks on large construction/infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency with risk software (e.g., Active Risk Manager, Risk Hive, Primavera Risk Analyzer, Primavera P6) and data‑analytics tools such as Power BI.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
- Knowledge of construction project lifecycles and sector‑specific risk service delivery (rail, highways, nuclear, public sector, hospitals).
