The Associate Director level Building Surveyor will take over a large remit of dilapidation and TDD work in the London office from an existing director who is moving across to one of their other offices.In addition to the core work there will also be the opportunity to oversee development monitoring and project work of office CAT A/B fit-out and industrial schemes between £100,000 and c.£5 million.
