Overview

Plan and schedule maintenance resources using CAFM, manage assets, training, reporting.

Tasks

-Performance Monitoring of the system to include audits -The collection and provision of data to all maintenance operations and issuing of performance reports -Maintain an effective filing system for all documentation related to the CAFM System, not limited to performance reports on jobs completed in time, outstanding and overdue. -Assist Managers with implementing procedural changes and training, including the production and maintenance of required documentation. -Updating of new assets and PPM changes -To train operational teams in the CAFM system -To schedule all reactive and planned work to the correct resource, paying attention to response targets, geographical locations and technical expertise. -Task set descriptions to be reviewed and aligned to manufacturers guidelines and industry standard (SFG20)
