Familiarity with guidelines for design and construction of healthcare facilities.
5+ years of experience in healthcare design and planning.
Proficiency in architecture, medical planning, project management, and schedule planning.
Knowledge of sustainability and integrated design guidelines.
Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Accredited professional degree in Architecture or related field.
Sustainable design accreditation preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of architectural building systems, building codes, and accessibility standards.
