As our Contracts Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a responsive repairs delivery model, managing both direct labour and a diverse supply chain. You’ll ensure contract performance, drive efficiencies, and maintain excellent client relationships. Procurement and negotiation of subcontractor packages will also form a major part of the role.

Manage a responsive repairs contract across East London and the Home Counties
Oversee direct labour teams and supply chain partners

United Infrastructure is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our expanding Responsive Repairs division. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a newly awarded contract, leading a high-performing operational and commercial team.

Proven leadership experience within repairs or maintenance
SMSTS qualification
Competent with Microsoft Project & Excel trackers
Strong Health & Safety awareness
Strong data analysis/interrogation skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Full UK driving licence
5+ years’ experience working for a maintenance or main contractor
