The Workspace Delivery Coordinator role is proactive and detail‑focused, ensuring workspace services are delivered to a consistent standard that supports occupant and guest experience while maintaining safe working practices. The position oversees daily service delivery by the Workspace team and vendor partners, aligning closely with the Workspace Experience team to achieve customer delight.
Key responsibilities include resetting workspaces to the agreed format, managing the Clear Deck policy, performing proactive checks, and handling client and stakeholder management to meet or exceed contract KPIs. Operational duties cover soft‑services control, coordination with pest control and housekeeping vendors, facility rounds, ticket escalation, and reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
The role also involves ownership of administration tasks such as stock tracking, vendor staff training, implementation of service procedures, and participation in out‑of‑hours emergency response. Continuous improvement, cost‑saving initiatives, and data‑driven analysis are expected to enhance service value.
Candidates should have 2 + years of hospitality or integrated facilities management experience, or a degree/diploma in Hotel Management or a related field; housekeeping experience is a plus. Required competencies include strong verbal and written communication, detail orientation, analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
