Service Manager

Description

• Use tech platform to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Track machine service intervals and order parts
• Diagnose issues quickly using data from multiple equipment makes and models
• Coordinate and supervise quality performance of mechanics and service personnel
• Schedule repairs for customer and company‑owned rental equipment
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Provide employee training and development while maintaining a safe work environment

• 3+ years maintenance and service experience in rental or construction industry
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and stay current on EquipmentShare products/services
• Team‑oriented mindset with competitive drive
• Superior customer service and verbal/written communication skills
• High school diploma (trade school certificate preferred)
• Field service, maintenance, and repair experience preferred
• Experience leading maintenance teams
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record; must be 21+ to operate company vehicle
• Ability to move, stand, stoop, and bend freely
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb occasionally
• Must pass a 10‑panel drug screen (safety‑sensitive position)
