Own and manage the company’s social media strategy, with a focus on driving growth and increasing engagement across multiple platforms
Ensure all communications align with organisational goals, brand strategy and target audience objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives to enhance and promote the company’s image
Collaborate with brand, design, SEO and digital marketing partners to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns
Assist with the preparation of tenders, award submissions and related promotional content
Provide Business Development and Talent Acquisition team with relevant marketing materials
Liaise with Directors to support the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies
Monitor and evaluate public perception of Doocey Group’s brand and reputation, providing insights and recommendations as required
Coordinate the design, production and distribution of in-house branded items such as gifts, stationary and promotional merchandise
Conduct market research and analyse audience and analyse audience insights to inform marketing and communication activities
Proactively identify and develop newsworthy stories, initiatives, and opportunities within the business and external environment
Support the creation of consistent and high-quality presentations and point-of-sale materials
Provide regular progress reports and performance updates to the Directors
Collate and publish case studies and news stories across social media platforms and the Group website

GCSEs including Maths and English at Grade 4-9 or equivalent
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media engagement, SEO and content strategy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences
Confident collaborator who can build positive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and external partners
Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools
Strategic mindset with an understanding of how marketing and communications support wider business objectives
Full UK driving license
Strong sense of brand awareness and commitment to maintaining a consistent and positive company image
Professional, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Working knowledge of website content management systems such as WordPress or equivalent
Competence in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Word for producing presentations and branded materials
Self-motivated and proactive, with the initiative to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
1-2 years’ experience in a marketing, communications, or similar role – ideally within a multi-disciplinary or fast-paced business environment
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a passion for developing engaging content
