We are looking to hire an experienced apartment Leasing Consultant for a 220+ unit, luxury, A+ class, property located in the Naples area. The position will be responsible for greeting prospective tenants, showing apartment units and closing leases (most important part!!)

We may consider those who have sales experience but not apartment sales/leasing experience. Candidates must be professional, polished and have good communication and follow up skills.

Benefits

He hourly rate is $19 to $21/hour PLUS $150 commission per lease, and $150 per renewal (split with office).

Discount to live on site (should you wish) is 30% off of market rent.
