Review, Validate and approve subcontractor quotations & variations in line with pricing agreements (NHF V7.2) to ensure value for money is achieved.
Provide support and assistance towards the financial management of the joint venture maintenance contract, ensuring that financial targets are achieved.
Agree subcontractor valuations and payments.
Provide an effective interface with the clients, Partnering management, consultants, and suppliers.
Identify, build up, Generate and Agree Variations with the client.
Value/Measure work in Line with Contractual pricing agreements (NHF V7.2)
Requirements

Experience Measuring Works, Generating and Agreeing applications.
Optimal Commercial Usage of Asset Management system by adhering to MEARS commercial protocol and processes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are necessary.
Experience managing supply chain Partners.
Pervious social housing experience working across Voids & Repairs Business streams
Experience Reviewing, Validating and approving subcontractor quotations & variations in line with pricing agreements (NHF V7.2)
Strong numeracy and financial management skills.
Experience in financial reporting and data analysis.
Have experience in working NHF Scheduler of rates and dealing with SOR codes
