Associate Directors are expected to lead multi‑disciplinary programmes, manage teams, advisors and clients throughout the project lifecycle, set strategic direction and maintain high performance standards. They are accountable for health, safety and wellbeing, apply CDM knowledge, anticipate client challenges, deliver sustainable solutions, and promote inclusive teamwork while mentoring junior staff.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in utilities or water‑infrastructure delivery, complex procurement and NEC contract management, and high‑level commercial oversight. Preferred qualifications include a relevant degree, chartered status (APM, ICE or equivalent), project management certifications (PRINCE2, MSP, ChPP), NEC accreditation, CSCS, NEBOSH, CDM awareness and carbon literacy.
