Join our team as an Engineering Intern. This role will support the Engineering team and other managers in the facility through various tasks and projects. The position assists with continuously improving production levels and quality through innovation in the design, repair, and maintenance of equipment and process flow, maximizing equipment availability and minimizing downtime.
- Assist with troubleshooting and documenting critical machine breakdowns and processes through root cause analysis.
- Assist engineers in design and budgeting of projects.

Candidates should be able to start in the December/January timeframe and work 15‑20 hours per week during the school year, increasing to 40 hours per week during the summer and academic breaks. The internship is open to students in mechanical, electrical, or welding engineering disciplines.
Applicants must have completed at least two years of a college degree from a recognized accredited institution in Engineering or a related field.
- Utilize Microsoft applications and AutoCAD.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Apply analytical ability to solve problems.
- Multi‑task and work at a fast pace.
