The graduate engineer will perform electrical power and lighting design, conduct field observations and surveys, and create Revit/BIM documentation. A strong emphasis is placed on energy management and sustainable design. The role also supports senior engineers with bid preparation, construction administration, and on‑site observations.
MSA is seeking a Graduate Engineer – Electrical for its Appleton, Kiel, Mequon, or Milwaukee offices. The role joins the MEP team on the Buildings Service Line, focusing on electrical building systems such as power distribution, lighting and controls, fire alarms, data and communications, and security. Projects span K‑12 schools, municipal facilities, and commercial buildings.
Candidates must hold (or be about to obtain) a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and possess a valid driver’s license. Desired credentials include EIT status and a plan to earn a PE license. Prior internship or co‑op experience, familiarity with the MEP sector, and solid Excel skills are preferred, while experience with Revit or AutoCAD is a plus.
