MSA is seeking a Graduate Engineer – Electrical for its Appleton, Kiel, Mequon, or Milwaukee offices. The role joins the MEP team on the Buildings Service Line, focusing on electrical building systems such as power distribution, lighting and controls, fire alarms, data and communications, and security. Projects span K‑12 schools, municipal facilities, and commercial buildings.
Candidates must hold (or be about to obtain) a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and possess a valid driver’s license. Desired credentials include EIT status and a plan to earn a PE license. Prior internship or co‑op experience, familiarity with the MEP sector, and solid Excel skills are preferred, while experience with Revit or AutoCAD is a plus.

- Valid driver’s license.
- EIT certification; desire to obtain PE license preferred.
- Prior engineering intern or co‑op experience preferred.
- Experience in the MEP field preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Revit and AutoCAD coursework or experience a plus.
- Authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided).
