Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a Professional Engineer (PE) registration from the Professional Engineers Board. A minimum of five to ten years of experience in drainage, water pipeline, and sewerage projects is required, along with a proven track record of managing infrastructure projects from design through completion. A Master’s degree is considered an advantage.
