DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Windows Assembler is responsible for assembling, fitting, and installing window components according to company specifications and quality standards. This role involves working with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to ensure accurate and efficient assembly of residential or commercial windows.
Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, and blueprints.
Assemble window frames, sashes, screens, and related components following production instructions.
Use hand tools and power tools to cut, fit, and secure materials.
Ability to read measuring tape, follow instructions, and perform basic math.
Frequent standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working with tools or machinery.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with Slimline products, a catalyst for change and have a sense of urgency. Candidate will report directly to the group leader, and work closely with Process Tech on projects that improve units per person, on time delivery and quality assurance.
Skilled with hand tools and power tools.
Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Previous experience in manufacturing, carpentry, construction, or assembly is a plus.
