Maintain a pipeline of approximately 25–35 transactions, ensuring all deals progress in accordance with document and Servicing Agreement requirements, as well as Borrower expectations.
Manage all escalated and complex issues, elevating them to Senior Management when appropriate.
Assist in the development of team members in our India offices.
Perform or oversee contractors' underwriting of transactions and consents.
Manage relationships with external legal counsel, vendors, clients, investors, and internal customers.
Effectively and continually communicate with all concerned parties, including Berkadia Mortgage Bankers, regarding the progress of underwriting and approval processes.
Ensure that Lenders' and Investors' credit standards are maintained and that identified risks are properly mitigated.
