- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure delivery of high-quality goods and services at competitive prices.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to the supply chain function.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to ensure that the supply chain function is meeting its targets and objectives.

- Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in supply chain management, preferably in the Energy or Power Transmission industry. "
- Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) accreditation (preferred).
- Demonstrate expertise in subcontract procurement coupled with an understanding of subcontract forms, their interpretation and ability to negotiate individual terms on behalf of Morgan Sindall.
