  • Manage all data requirements as required by Yarra Valley Water
  • Minimise cost and maximise productivity and efficiencies on service delivery.
  • Foster customer experience for YVW customers.
  • Manage and approve works subcontractors and internal staff with all related cost approvals.
  • Support the Operations Management Team to meet contractual obligations and performance standards.
  • Work as a team to maintain a good culture and work environment.
  • Manage and co-ordinate resources to achieve delivery of work within contractual time frames.
  • Manage KPI compliance.
  • Manage rostering to maintain 24/7 operation in conjunction with the afternoon supervisor.
