What you would be doing

  • Working with the Anabas FM team to ensure that physical security measures operate effectively.
  • Acting as the focal point for all security related enquiries and issues in the building.
  • Acting as the first responder or first point of investigation for our client in the event of an incident in the building.
  • The management of the security function and security team.
  • The creation, maintenance and exercising of local security policies and procedures.

  • Criminal and disciplinary investigation skills and experience (desirable not essential)
  • Demonstrable experience in Health & Safety.
  • Incident response, evaluation, and learning.
  • Computer literate to a high standard.
  • Substantial previous experience in a security management role at a corporate building in London, with experience of managing corporate security teams.
  • Well-developed understanding of security policies and procedures in accordance with BS 7499, CCTV Codes of Practice, and latest counter-terrorism advice.
  • Training of staff in security procedures (particularly around counterterrorism).
  • Experience with a variety of security technologies (particularly automated access control systems) within an integrated setting.
