- Strengthen and grow relationships with clients (local, regional, national) and other stakeholders by maintaining close alignment on scope, schedule, and budget.
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions in Food & Beverage, Home & Personal Care, Life Sciences, or Advanced Technology markets.
- Ensure quality and on‑time delivery from design and preconstruction through completion.
- Support marketing initiatives by identifying opportunities to expand projects and pursue new work. .
- Lead $50M–$150M design‑build projects through the entire project life cycle — from concept to closeout — as the single point of accountability to clients and project teams.
- Foster trust, innovation, and continuous improvement using lessons learned and emerging technologies.

- Bachelor’s in Engineering from an ABET‑accredited university (required).
- 15+ years of leadership in large‑scale engineering design and construction projects within an AEC consulting environment, accountable from early design through construction completion.
- Contractor Qualifier License(s) or willingness to obtain in multiple states.
- Experience in Food & Beverage, Home & Personal Care, Life Sciences, or Advanced Technology, with a strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and quality.
- Proficiency in planning, scheduling, documentation, and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated success delivering high‑quality design‑build projects on time and within budget.
