- Read and interpret schematic diagrams, product specifications, and start‑up procedures.
- Select materials and parts needed for repairs.
- Operate tools and equipment safely to complete tasks.
- Own and maintain required tools.
- Complete assigned tasks quickly, completely, and per guidelines.
- Maintain clean work area and organize tools/materials to prevent damage and injury.
- Follow company and OSHA safety policies.
- Participate in scheduled safety meetings.
- Identify potential hazards and eliminate or report them before work begins.
- Report accidents or injuries to Journeyman Electrician immediately.

The Electrical Apprentice assists the Journeyman Electrician with service and repair of fuel dispensing systems, commercial electric installations, and related systems, demonstrating proficiency in all essential duties.
Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, three years of related experience, the ability to read technical documents and write routine reports, a valid unrestricted driver’s license, and must pass background, drug, and motor‑vehicle record checks. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing 8–10 hours per day.

- Required certifications, licenses, and a current unrestricted driver’s license with clean record.
