• Review and support the work of junior team members, providing on-the-job guidance.

Requirements

This role is ideal for a CTA qualified Private Equity Tax Assistant Manager or Corporate Tax Assistant Manager looking for a change, or a Senior Tax Associate with a strong Private Equity Tax or Corporate Tax background ready for a step up.

• Strong project management and client-handling skills.
• Solid understanding of corporate tax and/or private equity.
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of compliance and advisory cases.
• A CTA qualification is essential for this role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
