- Coordinate and lead site tours to enhance public understanding of the project.
- Develop, update, and distribute outreach materials such as presentations, flyers, and other communication collateral to support engagement efforts.
- Serve as a liaison between the project team and the local community, helping to address concerns, resolve issues, and maintain strong, positive relationships throughout the project's duration.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of community engagement programming at Community Engagement Centers (CECs) and surrounding areas to raise awareness of the project.
- Support the delivery of educational outreach initiatives, including the development and facilitation of age-appropriate presentations for elementary, middle, and high school students.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Adept in learning new technologies and software.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in community outreach, public relations, or stakeholder engagement, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Community Engagement, or related field.
