What you would be doing

Identify, and requisition parts necessary to establish low- and high-level racking, transmission racking, power racking, aisle lighting, and provision for grounding
Review installation specifications
Create or correct location records, drawings, bill of materials (BOM), installation notes, and memos to reflect additions and modifications to customers' location (central office) because of installation or engineering activities
You respond promptly to customer needs; solicit customer feedback to improve partnership
Create comprehensive and accurate installation specifications and accurate equipment requirements to fulfill customer orders
Determine floor plan layouts, power distribution, backup power supplies, and cabling of central office equipment

Candidate will be working primarily in a central office which is a structure used by telecommunications companies to house equipment needed to direct and process telephone calls and data traffic. Telephone Central Offices (CO's) are also known as telephone switching centers, wire centers or telephone exchanges
