  • Assist in network infrastructure support, troubleshooting software issues, and basic systems maintenance.

  • Work alongside the Helpdesk team in a minor to moderate support capacity, assisting with escalated issues when project-related.
  • Serve as a liaison between IT and other departments to gather requirements, clarify priorities, and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project components.
  • Maintain a basic understanding of equipment, hardware, and software costs to help projects remain within budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify needs, define requirements, and determine the best technical approach to meet project objectives.
