Sales Leadership: Act as a solutions-oriented sales leader, guiding clients through dancker’s full range of services (specialty construction, furniture, A/V technology, logistics, lab solutions, and more). Demonstrate expertise in matching customer needs with creative, construction-focused solutions.
Sales & Solutions Mindset: Proven ability to identify customer needs and present comprehensive solutions that address both immediate and long-term project goals. Ability to achieve an annual sales target of $10-15 million.
Education or training in Construction Management, Architecture/Design, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of the commercial construction industry, including modular/prefabricated products, architectural elements, interior and tenant fit out.
High-Level Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence decision-makers.
Collaborative Focus: Experience working across departments and fostering a collaborative, unified approach to project development.
Minimum of 5 years of business development experience in construction, engineering, real estate, or related fields, with a strong focus on the NJ/NY market.
