Collaborate effectively with crews and maintain clear, professional communication
Track mining cut areas and stockpiles and coordinate with cross-shift
Utilize machine control technology to upload and download files for excavators and dozer operators
Execute precise field surveys, including measurements and instrument setup/configuration
Prepare detailed survey notes and calculate coordinates with precision
Troubleshoot survey equipment as required

Preferred diploma in a relevant field (Surveying, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a reclamation or mining environment
Strong technical background in surveying, including use of Trimble GPS equipment
Valid drivers license with a clean driver’s abstract issued within the last 30 days
Advanced RPAS license/certification
Ability to pass pre-access drug and alcohol testing
Benefits

Project based position working fourteen days on and Fourteen days off, working 12 hours per day
