  • Assist in managing the Forum's Marketing Budget and ensure that all expenses are tracked and recorded
  • Assist in facilitating tenant meetings and communications to provide updates on property-related matters, changes in policies or procedures, and upcoming events.
  • Assist General Manager with coordinating tenant move-in and move-out processes, including facilitating the necessary documentation, inspections and close out items.
  • Develop and maintain positive relations key third-party vendors
  • Process and code all marketing invoices
  • Focus on improving existing programs and processes while assisting in the creation of new and varied programs that offer a fresh and inviting guest experience
  • Assist in the daily operations and management of the Engineering, Housekeeping, and Security teams. Supervise event equipment logistics, including preparation, setup, and maintaining an accurate inventory of all equipment
  • Assist in coordinating The Forum's Events with support from Marketing Managers – including but not limited to logistics meetings, event notifications, on-site presence, event recaps, etc.
  • Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to coordinate and schedule repairs and general property improvements.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, execute conference room set-up for the team and provide meeting agendas and meeting minutes for all parties involved
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with guests and retail tenants, acting as their primary point of contact for all inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Support the marketing manager and office coordinator in daily administrative tasks
  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media)

  • Standing up to 8 hours a day in an outdoor environment

  • Able to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
