What you would be doing

Give prospects and customers in-person or virtual product tours, and effectively communicate the features and benefits of each product.

Maintain and expand the database of prospects, qualified leads and clients.

Continue to foster superior customer relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle including post sales and installation.

Promote and advance the visibility and presence of the entire Durabuilt product line while maintaining a continual awareness of activity or news in the architectural and/or construction-related community.

Develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with Dealers, Builders, Architects, Trade organizations and Consumer clients.

Prepare documents for and attend project kick off meetings with the team.

Regularly call existing customers and consistently prospects for new business.

Accurately read, interpret and take-off blueprints, and to effectively use electronic software and systems to quote, sell and order products.

Review shop drawings with clients and internal team, noting any revisions and approvals as necessary.

Responsible to weekly/monthly/yearly sales targets.

Report on current progress at weekly sales meetings. Share challenges, and the solutions that will help you navigate your obstacles.

Enter opportunities into our systems (Salesforce & CX) and work with our Scheduling department to ensure the smooth transfer of information.

Generate high-volume, profitable sales while achieving maximum market penetration with a few service requirements as possible.

Inviting applications with relevant experience in construction, Building materials, windows & doors.

Prepare and present quotes, tender proposals, RFIs, RFQs, specification acceptance requests.

Complete projects close out site walk, document deficiencies and process close out service orders.

Prepare contract package for executive approval and submission, ensuring all documents are aligned and compliant with the contract.

Collaborate with the sales team to build pipeline and close deals.

Represent Durabuilt at company-sponsored events, professional group invitations to discuss and/or present Durabuilt products, trade association meetings, and/or shows.

Durabuilt is seeking a driven and experienced Account Manager who can lead and grow our markets in and around Regina & Southern Saskatchewan. Comparable industry experience will be considered.

  • Blueprint, Specification, and Technical Documentation experience & aptitude.
  • Experienced in professional selling, business. Development and demand generation.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience in windows, doors and glazing is an asset.
  • The ability to identify and analyze problems and execute appropriate solutions.
  • Experience working in Construction / Building /Development Industries.
  • Experience working with diverse cultures and a varied workforce.
  • Demonstrated experience dealing with high level clientele.
  • Valid Class 5 license and the ability to travel assigned routes, including overnight stays
  • Experienced in handling Commercial Projects.
  • Expertise in Hollow Metal Doors, Hollow Metal Windows, Commercial Aluminum Windows and Doors, PVC windows as well as knowledge of Fiberglass for Commercial applications.
  • 5+ years’ sales experience with a focus on B2Bknowledge.
